WNS condensing fully automatic oil and gas boilers
Product Introduction
In addition to the sensible heat of flue gas, water vapor also carries away a large amount of latent heat of vaporization in the heat loss of boiler exhaust. If the water vapor in the flue gas is fully or partially condensed by reducing the exhaust temperature, and the latent heat released during the condensation process is recovered and utilized, the effective utilization of heat in the boiler will significantly improve the thermal efficiency.
The WNS condensing fuel gas boiler of Mount Taishan Group aims at the key technical factors such as the relationship between the condensation rate of water vapor in the flue gas and the exhaust gas temperature, the relationship between the condensation rate and the thermal efficiency, and the corrosion rate of condensed water on different steel grades. Reduce the exhaust temperature to ensure that the condensation rate of water vapor in the flue gas meets the design requirements, greatly improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
operational principle
Reasonably reduce the exhaust temperature, and on the basis of fully absorbing and utilizing the sensible heat of the flue gas, design a corrosion-resistant low-temperature heating surface to absorb the latent heat of vaporization released due to the condensation of water vapor in the flue gas.
Product Features
1: Efficient and energy-saving. Calculated based on the low calorific value of the fuel, considering the condensation and heat release of flue gas, the thermal efficiency can reach or exceed 100%;
2: The environmental protection effect is obvious. Some harmful components such as CO2, NOx, and SO2 in the flue gas dissolve in the condensate, effectively reducing the emission of pollutants.
3: The horizontal fully wet back structure has a compact overall layout and is aesthetically pleasing.
4: Set up a box type low-temperature corrosion-resistant heating surface - condenser, which is easy to install. Compact structure and improved service life.
5: The use of threaded smoke pipes for convective heating surfaces effectively improves heat transfer efficiency.
6: The combination of intelligent combustion control and fully automatic safety chain protection system ensures economic, environmental protection, and safe operation.
7: When multiple boilers are connected for use, reasonable control strategies can be adopted as needed to automatically select the number and load of boilers to improve the overall energy utilization rate.
