Vertical water fire tube hot water boiler (NWTB type)
The NWTB type boiler is a forced circulation direct current hot water boiler with a vertical bottom support arrangement. The furnace and middle flue are both membrane type water-cooled wall structures, and the convection part is a fire tube structure with turbulence elements. Depending on the rated output, NWTB boilers can be equipped with one or more burners at the top of the furnace.
The advantages of the NWTB boiler are: modular design, compact and simple structure; Fully sealed structure. Small footprint: Short manufacturing and installation cycle: Combustion cleaning; High degree of automation.
The typical capacity range of NWTB boilers is: design pressure 1.0-2.5MPa. design temperature 115 ℃ -180 ℃, output heat 21-116MW. NWTB boilers with higher output, pressure, and temperature than standard series can also be provided.
