Technical characteristics of waste incineration waste heat furnace

1. The single drum natural circulation vertical or horizontal layout is adopted, and the superheater adopts a multi-stage layout and spray cooling structure, with primary and secondary air preheaters and multi-stage economizers arranged.

2. Cold air is fed into the bottom of the furnace and blown out from the gaps in the grate block, providing good cooling effect on the grate.

3. When the grate is pushed, the relative motion of the grate plates can blow away some low melting point substances (such as lead, aluminum, plastic, rubber, etc.) bonded to the grate vent, maintaining good ventilation conditions.

4. The falling motion of garbage allows it to be fully flipped and stirred, ensuring that newly entered garbage and unburned garbage are exposed to the combustion air and fully burned.

5. By adopting segmented adjustment of the grate movement, the control of combustion conditions is more convenient, achieving a complete combustion treatment effect and meeting the combustion requirements of various situations such as complex garbage composition and seasonal changes in calorific value.

6. Easy to operate, stable and reliable in operation. Wide adaptability, the vast majority of solid waste can be directly burned in the furnace without any pre-treatment.

8. The furnace adopts a full membrane wall structure, which is more reliable for sealing by welding pipes and flat steel into a membrane wall. The exterior is sealed with a steel welded sealing box. Seal well. Low air leakage and heat loss.

9. Effective anti wear measures such as appropriate smoke velocity and adding anti wear covers should be taken for the convective heating surface, and the center distance of the pipes should be appropriately arranged to avoid blockage of the pipe bundle by fly ash.
